Dermatophytes

Liberation of hard‑to‑reach fungal nucleic acids is achieved using the RIDA®Prep Tissue Digestion Buffer Kit.

Simultaneous detection of the most common dermatophytes, yeasts and moulds, enabling differential diagnosis of dermatophyte and non-dermatophyte infections, mixed infections and other non-infectious dermatophytosis.
